In 1995 he founded the company "Promkabel-Elektrica", in 2003 - the store network "Pan Electro". Since 2009, Vache Davtian has launched a new project to train leaders Leadership Development School LeaderWay.

In the period from October 2009 to March 2010 Vache Davtian was participating in the 4-module program "School of Trainers" and got the certification. Also, he participated in some master classes and training with foreign and Ukrainian trainers.

Since 2010, he organized training programs for companies: Prozorro, Ukrgazvydobuvannya, Ukrnafta, Google, Deloitte, Kyivstar, Lindström, Fozzi, Leater, Asnova Holding, Promodo, Intellect Service, Baiersdorf and many others. He is a visiting speaker at Lviv Business School and International Business Institute. Personal mission: "Ukraine is a successful country of happy people".
