One of the goals of business automation is the collection and analysis of data for decision making. CRM collects a massive amount of data, but do we always formulate the requirements clearly, when implementing CRM? Are we sure, what data and in what form we want to see?
We’d like to present a project in which the client immediately formulated his requirements: I want to get all the analytics on dashboards. And he gave us specific requirements for each KPI dashboard. After that, we constructed the entire CRM-system, using these requirements as a guide. That is what we want to tell you.
