Nadiya Vasilyeva has 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and strategic planning in leading positions in Ukrainian and international companies. Before joining Microsoft in 2012, as director of cooperation with the public sector, and later becoming Microsoft's CEO, Nadiya was the CEO of Amway Ukraine. During 1997-2010, Nadiya held executive positions in the company Kyivstar.
Nadiya obtained the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences at the Kyiv National University named after Taras Shevchenko and has a Master degree in International Law from Kyiv International Relations Institute. She also received postgraduate education in the British Institute of Marketing (Charted Institute of Marketing) and Executive MBA in the IIB program and the Swiss Business School.
