Experience in strategic management, consulting and innovation in education, culture and creative industries since 2006.

In 2008, I set the impulse for the transformation of Arsenal from the unfinished building into the most significant cultural and artistic public space in Kyiv.

Curator of some art projects with an educational component:

• 2011 - "Oikos" in the framework of the "Space Odyssey" project in the Artistic Arsenal
• 2012 - "Cultural cargo" in the National Museum of Culture
• 2014 - "Resistance of materials" in the NNMU.

2012 - 2017 - Director of the Public Association "Agency of Cultural Strategies"; mentor CreativemanagmentCamp; expert in the EU program "Culture and Creativity", developer of the concept of measuring the creative potential of cities in the project "City Code"; the developer of the concept of the Center for Living Science; founder of Next Generation Business School.

Since 2017 - an expert on the education, the analytical center "Ukrainian Institute of the Future". About a hundred publications on education and innovation, among them - the book "Education for the turbulent world" (2017). Co-author of the online course "Creative Thinking" at vumonline.ua: curator of the thematic cluster "Education" at the Forum of Publishers in Lviv, developer of scenarios for the development of education in 2018.
