International professional in the design of products and services, sales and digital transformation. After 20 years of executive work in telecom, Andrey founded the agency CX design, in partnership. The agency builds a complete system of managing client experience and creates competitive products using design-thinking methods.
Andrey led the creation of innovations, excellent customer experience, marketing and sales in a significant international telecom since 1997. In 2007-2010, he was CEO of Golden Telecom and Beeline in Ukraine. In 2010-2016, as the B2B Director and Chief Digital Transformation Officer in Kyivstar (Vimpelcom, Veon), Andrey directed the creation of the Customer Experience Management service and the direction of Big Data.
Andrey got MBA from Maastricht School of Management (Netherlands). He is a practitioner of design thinking, a certified Partner and Sales Consultant of Miller Heiman Group Ukraine and Technology of Participation facilitator.
Alexanrd Nikolenko - the head of the European auto-moto and the CEO at the digital marketplace Carbook. From the hub in Prague Alexander spent more than 15 years managing various European divisions of the ELIT group of companies - one of the leading distributors of automotive supplements in the region; including the CEO of the CEE-2 region: Ukraine, Romania, Hungary. Knowledge of four languages has become for Alexander not only a hobby but also a tool for understanding his team.
The network and turnover of ELIT Ukraine grew five times from 2011 to 2016 - Alexander became the chief inspirer and designer of the marketplace Carbook - uniting car owners and service stations.
As the CEO of Carbook, Alexander now helps all car owners save considerable time while servicing the car, and especially helps those who want to keep the car in perfect order, without understanding at the same time all the details of service.
