But in 2013 he decided to change a field of activity and has become a co-working administrator at "VOOMY Coworking beta" under "VOOMY IT Park".
There Dmytro coordinated the Kharkov's first program of startups incubation and held the international course for businessmen "Mass Start 2013". After the successful start of a co-working, Dmytro thought about starting own project.

Therefore Dmytro decided to create the KHackerSpace, a community of people who love to study complex electronic systems, improve them and build new ones. A joint technological laboratory was created where for two years was born a lot of 3D printers, robots, and other interesting devices. Now the KHackerSpace participants, using their experience developing projects in technological education of children and youth.
After moving to Kiev, Dmytro, together with Yana Yukhimenko, Fedor Boytsov, and Stanislav Dzherihovim, founded an aDDDitive organization whose mission is to support and technological ecosystem development of Ukraine.
In aDDitive, Dmytro coordinates a variety of projects of various kinds, from hackathon to a 3D printing courses. Dmytro also writes articles about technologies and their development, lectures all over Ukraine and developing new educational projects.
In parallel with the event organization, speaking engagement and travel to Ukraine and Europe, Stanislav and Dmytro have launched the production laboratory aDDDlab which helps entrepreneurs and developers to create prototypes and small series of products. From robots to cartoon characters.
